Quebec Immigrant Investor Program
The province of Quebec offers an Immigrant Investor Program that is administered by the Ministry of Immigration, French and Integration. Québec society is modern, pluralistic and egalitarian. It has welcomed more than 50,000 new immigrants each year since 2004. While French is the official language of the province, English is widely spoken in major cities and in the business community. Within the framework of the Immigrant Investors Program, the government distributes the interests of investments made by immigrant investors as non-refundable contributions to Québec companies, as well as to finance the Labor Integration Program for Visible Immigrants and Minorities (PRIIME).
